Job description
TECHNICAL SALES & ESTIMATOR
Sentry Doors is seeking a Technical Sales & Estimator to join a dynamic Internal Sales and Technical team. A key part of the overall sales and marketing function, you will be responsible for processing quotations and tenders, key account management, internal sales and customer service. You will work closely with the business development team and marketing team to deliver key sales KPI’s and ensure high levels of customer service.
The role is varied and will best suit someone who has previous experience in a sales and estimating role and with strong communication and sales skills ideally with experience selling a technical product.

We enjoy strong reputation for manufacturing products that meet the most rigorous quality and fire certification standards such as BM Trada’s Q Mark and Secure by Design. Primary testing – typically to ensure door-sets are robust for thirty to sixty minutes – is central to our ability to secure contracts with existing customers and new customers. Their service performance is equally impressive with the company consistently delivering on time in full on a 6 to 8 week lead time.
Having doubled our turnover from 2020 to 2021 with strong growth continuing into 2022 we are continuing our investment programme in people and expertise to deliver our ambitious programme of expansion. We have recently strengthened the team with a Sales & Marketing Director and marketing function.
