Jon takes a dynamic approach to leading and inspiring the management team in order to deliver positive change and performance improvement. Jon has a passion for gliding and world travel.

A pragmatic CEO with 25 years’ experience in the fire door sector, Ty directs the business with a proactive and personable approach.

Initially employed as a Bench Joiner, Ty has a practical and thorough understanding of joinery manufacturing and production. This in-depth knowledge means he can drive product developments and improvements to expand the business.

In his spare time, family man
Ty enjoys playing golf and is a loyal season ticket holder at Sheffield Utd.

Sebastian is a Non-Executive Director of Sentry Doors.

Sebastian provides invaluable industry insight, gained as an advisor and non-executive director to a diverse range of companies working in the built environment sector, including products and merchants and repair and maintenance.

Sebastian is a chartered accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts corporate finance faculty.

Fiona Perrin is a board director of Sentry Doors and chairman of another Cairngorm Capital portfolio company.

She brings a wealth of experience from a thirty year career in construction-related industries, first as an Executive Director in sales and marketing and general management and subsequently in Board roles, including experience with housing associations.

Geoff is a senior finance professional, operating partner at Cairngorm Capital, and Secretary at Sentry Doors Limited.

A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland, Geoff has extensive experience at CFO level with mid-market companies particularly in the construction and property and forestry/timber sectors.

Geoff works closely with Emma Geddes with expertise in audit, banking and treasury, compliance and financial and operational change management.

Lizzie is a skilled finance professional with over ten years’ experience leading the financial operations at board level, with particular experience in manufacturing, engineering, and property. A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Lizzie has expertise in building successful finance teams and developing processes, managing change, banking, audit, and financial reporting.

An integral member of the team and working operationally at board level, Emma has over 25 years’ experience in accountancy with particular experience in hauliers, manufacturing, timber merchants and retail.

Emma brings her vast experience from working as a Management Accountant in a private practice accountancy.

Overseeing all aspects of accountancy with particular attention to margin and business overheads, Emma plays an active part in driving the business forward.

Emma is family orientated and enjoys walks.

Steve is a dedicated Managing Director with over 25 years’ experience within manufacturing with a focus on building strong teams and driving operation improvements that result in positive business change.

Steve has an in-depth technical knowledge of the construction industry and is a persuasive leader.

Martin is a highly successful Sales Director with over ×30+ years of international B2B experience.

Having worked with Elite brands such as Hitachi, Samsung and IBM, plus up & coming SME’s, he has a track record of rapidly analysing business data, developing measurable commercial & sales strategies that improve business performance, supported by processes and key performance tracking to ensure success.

Catherine holds a degree in Architecture, and this paved the way for a career in the construction industry with specific emphasis on sales and marketing.

With an extensive knowledge of the industry and a deep understanding of joinery manufacturing, Catherine is looking forward to developing strategies that will lead to enhanced brand awareness and significant business growth for Sentry Doors.

Creative at heart, Catherine enjoys sketching, and is a keen badminton player.
