Structural Changes for 2022
New Year, New Opportunities
We would like to wish all our suppliers, customers and partners a Happy New Year and wish you all a prosperous 2022. As we do so, we would like to start the year off with the announcement of some key structural changes designed to build on the growth we achieved in 2021 and to continue this momentum.
We are pleased to announce that two key members of the team have been promoted to Director level. Craig Peckett has been promoted from General Manager to Operations Director and Emma Geddes from Finance Manager to Finance Director. This is in recognition of their achievements at Sentry Doors over the years and the contributions they have made to the business. They are both looking forward to supporting the business in their new positions as we move into the new year.
To accommodate the growing demand, to a level that our dedicated customers expect from us, we have several new opportunities including expanding the technical sales and estimating team as well as administrative support roles to enhance customer service and to support the finance department. We also envisage a 30% increase of production operatives over the next 12 months.
