9th September 2025, Doncaster, UK: Sentry Fire Safety Group, the UK’s leading manufacturer of certified timber fire and security doorsets, has today published its first Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Impact Report, showcasing the company’s progress and outlining ambitious plans for a more sustainable future.
The report highlights the company’s achievements in reducing environmental impact, supporting people and communities, and strengthening governance. Key milestones include:
- Transitioning over 90% of its paints to water-based to reduce harmful chemical use.
- Growing its workforce from 28 to over 200 colleagues since 2019, with a focus on fair pay, inclusion, and wellbeing.
- Strengthening governance with the creation of a cross-functional ESG Steering Group and quarterly board reviews.
- Partnering with Trees for Cities and supporting local charities to make a positive social and environmental impact.

The ESG Impact Report also sets out a clear three-year roadmap that includes carbon reduction targets, waste reduction goals, accreditation as a Real Living Wage employer, and expanding community partnerships.
