The Maple FD90 Hospital Fire Doors are manufactured using high-quality FSC approved materials. The door is constructed using a multi-layered Acoustic Core with hardwood lippings applied to all edges.
Door Lippings
The door core is lipped with a range of hardwood lippings, that are contrasting or sympathetic to the door face finish. Lipping’s can be supplied either exposed or concealed, providing aesthetic variations to conform to your chosen décor.
Fire Performance
Our FD90 Fire Doors provide 90-minute fire resistance.
Fire specifications can be easily recognised from their IFC tamper-evident label and BM TRADA fire door plug system. Our FD90 Fire doors are made with fire-resistant timber controlled by ISO approved standards.
Acoustic Performance
This core will offer excellent high acoustic performance up to 45 Db. We can provide a full breakdown by door configuration if required.
Door Frame
Door frames can be supplied for this door set, if the density of timber used exceeds 700Kg/m3. The frame is constructed from a hardwood timber with a choice of a stained or lacquered finish.
