Sentry Doors Limited is committed to continually improving our business in a sustainable way and improving and maintaining our environmental performance in all operations.

We will increase awareness of environmental principles and practices, highlighting how our operations and services can impact the environment and promote more sustainable environmental practices in the workplace.
We will work closely and collaboratively with our employees, clients, customers and supply chain in all aspects of sustainability and social value.

It is the policy of Sentry Doors to carry out all reasonably practicable measures to continually improve its environmental performance, wherever possible, the company aims to:

• Regularly review the environmental impact of our activities, endeavour to reduce our overall environmental impact and prevent waste using best practice techniques and to manage its recycling or disposal through approved agencies
• Reduce and/or limit the discharge of pollutants to water, land and air
• Sustain a programme of continual improvement in environmental performance incorporating suitable measurement and monitoring mechanisms
• Work with key suppliers to encourage them to develop environmental best practice within the supply chain and enforce our sustainable procurement policy that conserves to the maximum extent timber from sustainable forest and energy conservation activities
• Educate, train and motivate employees to carry out tasks in an environmentally responsible manner
• Discuss environmental matters at regular board/management meetings and carry out periodic environmental audits

The company will foster environmental awareness and understanding in all employees, suppliers, customers, subcontractors and other stakeholders. Where practicable, the company will provide information and assistance to customers on environmental issues arising from its products and services.
